With material, the lanter is cement, steel, and thickness. Another floor on top of it changes the steel. We say so before the pour. With material, we supply what the bungalow scope lists and we build it. Shade, the roof, and the wet areas are in that list. A glass front is not a substitute for a veranda that works in June.
