Construction journey
One house, December 2018 to March 2019. Same lane, same tree, same neighbours.
We photograph our sites as they go. Here is one plot in grey structure with the shuttering still up, and the same house three months later with the elevation finished. The full journey walks through every stage, from plot layout and excavation to handover.

Maymarian Builders & Developers Co. (Private) Limited is owned by Tariq Mansoor Bangash. Drawing and site sit with the same team, so a stage payment follows work you can photograph.
Trade Mark No. 467531 (class 37, building construction and repair) sits with the founder's trading name from 2017. The company papers came later, in January 2021.

We build from a written set. Plans are prepared with licensed professionals for SBCA submission. The office that quotes the work stays on the site walks.
After papers and drawings are clear, a modest ground-plus-one house is usually a multi-month programme. Fill, weather, material delays and finishing choices change it. We stage the work; we do not invent a fixed calendar for every plot.
