Architecture and planning
Houses, residences, and communities drawn as if they will be photographed in fifty years.
We begin with land, wind, and the way a family actually lives. Plans are few and decisive. Materials are chosen for how they age in salt air, not how they look on launch day.

Construction
The building is the argument. We stay on site until the argument is finished.
MAYMARIAN builds what it draws. Concrete is fair-faced when it can be. Joinery is made once. Site supervision is not a subcontract. This is how trust becomes a wall you can lean on.

Interiors
Rooms that recede so the light and the garden can speak.
Interiors are a continuation of the architecture. Linen, teak, stone, and bronze. Furniture is edited, not collected. The work is finished when a room feels inevitable.

Land and community
Master plans that start with shade, water, and a walk a child can take alone.
Township work is civic work. Parks, mosques, schools, and streets that do not bully the houses. We plan amenities first so a community can hold a life, not just a plot.
