What an 800 square yard plot means in Gadap
Eight hundred square yards in Gadap can be two wings, if the family needs two wings. Otherwise it is one house and open ground. The plot size is not a reason to double the roof.
What usually goes wrong
A foyer wing is the usual waste. It spends a bedroom on a space nobody sits in at 3 p.m.
Labor rate
We price labor for the rooms that are lived in. A ceremonial hall is a choice you can see in the scope. A labor rate on grey structure is the mason, the carpenter, the steel fixer, and the helpers. You supply cement, steel, brick, sand, and crush. The stair opening and the toilet drops still have to be in the drawing, or the labor builds a frame the finish cannot use.
With material
With material, that hall is steel, slab, and brick. If you do not want it, it does not enter the contract. With material, those same items are in our contract. Steel weight and slab thickness are why two grey-structure quotes on the same Gadap plot do not match. We name them before anyone orders.
What moves the figure
The grey-structure figure in Gadap moves with the hole we dig, the span of the lanter, whether another floor sits on it, and how much brickwork is inside the stop line.

An 800 square yard house in Gadap is large enough to waste a wing on a foyer. We check who lives there before we spend the yardage. The plot size is not a reason to double the roof.
