Jauhar is close enough for the same engineer who walked a Maymar plot to hold this one. Access changes by block.
The ground
Blocks in Gulistan-e-Jauhar do not share a level. Some streets are finished. Some plots are still fill. We set the plinth to the road that is there, including the monsoon level of that road.
