Aerial of a planned residential grid

Karachi · East of Maymar

House construction in Scheme 33.

Scheme 33 is a large Karachi scheme beside the Maymar side of the city. Maymarian will build there when the plot, the fill, and the road are real. A drawing that assumes a finished lane is how a budget breaks.

Getting there

Travel from our Gulshan-e-Maymar office is short enough that the same site engineer can hold the job. Access inside Scheme 33 depends on the block. We visit before we programme concrete.

The ground

Some Scheme 33 land is filled. Footings follow that fact. We do not reuse a Maymar footing detail on a plot that sponges underfoot. The plinth is set to the road you have, including the monsoon level of that road.

Plots people bring

Plot sizes vary by block and by the cooperative or allotment behind them. Bring the papers. We read the dimensions on the ground, not only on the allotment letter.

Labor rate or with material

Call for the Scheme 33 rate.

Maymarian builds Karachi residential houses on 80, 120, 240, 400, 600, 800, and 1,000 square yard plots. You can take a labor rate, or a contract with material. The figure is given on the phone, for this plot.

Labor rate

We build. You arrange the material. The labor rate follows the covered area on the Scheme 33 plot.

With material

Labor and material in one contract. Cement, steel, and the rest sit in the scope we read with you.

What we take

Full houses, grey structure left ready for a later finish, and bungalows. Renovation where a house was stopped at plaster.

Tariq Mansoor Bangash, Owner

Is Scheme 33 the same contract as a Maymar lane?

The office is the same. The ground is not. Fill, road level, and how finished the services are change the programme and the footing.

Can you start grey structure while approvals are unclear?

No. We want the authority for that plot understood before excavation. A fast start that has to stop is not a saving.
