Gulzar-e-Hijri is a lived-in residential area next to Scheme 33. Maymarian builds new houses and repairs older ones there, with the neighbour's wall and the lane drainage treated as part of the drawing.
Getting there
It is close enough to Gulshan-e-Maymar for weekly site walks without a separate camp. Streets are mixed: some tight, some open. The method follows the street.
The ground
Houses of different ages share a block. Groundwater and roof leaks show up more often than exotic soil problems. We look at the neighbour's courtyard before we set our plinth, because water does not respect a boundary wall.
Plots people bring
You will find modest plots and occasional corners. A corner is not automatically a better house. It is two fronts to resolve, and one of them should stay private.

Maymarian builds Karachi residential houses on 80, 120, 240, 400, 600, 800, and 1,000 square yard plots. You can take a labor rate, or a contract with material. The figure is given on the phone, for this plot.

Do you build only in Gulshan-e-Maymar?
The office is in Gulshan-e-Maymar. Gulzar-e-Hijri is close enough that we take plots there when the scope is a house we can supervise properly.
