Distance is part of the fee and the programme. We do not staff it as if it were A42. If we cannot be there often enough, we do not take it.

Do you take every Hawke's Bay plot?
No. The land and the client have to be worth the travel from Gulshan-e-Maymar, and we have to be able to supervise it.
