Surjani Town is further from the Maymar office than Scheme 33. Maymarian still builds there, with deliveries and site days planned for that distance instead of discovered halfway through the frame.
Getting there
The road into a given sector matters as much as the map. If the lane is dug up, concrete day moves. We would rather write that into the programme than explain it later.
The ground
Plots can be more open than an old Karachi lane. Open is not a reason to stretch the roof across the whole land. A simple frame and a grouped set of wet rooms keep the house buildable.
Plots people bring
Larger residential plots appear more often here. We still start from how the family lives, not from the maximum covered area the plot could theoretically hold.
