A 120 square yard house is the size that shows up most often in Scheme 33 searches and in the folder of quotes a family brings to the office. Those quotes rarely share a covered area, which is why they do not agree.
120 square yards is not a smaller 240. The section, the stair, and the wet areas change. Grey structure on this plot starts with measuring the lane, including the cut the road has already taken.
On a filled Scheme 33 plot the grey structure is the whole risk. Footings follow the soil we find, not a detail copied from a Maymar lane two kilometres away. If the fill is loose, we say so before the steel is ordered.
