On 120 square yards the plan has to be strict. Maymarian would rather draw fewer rooms that can hold furniture than a longer list of names on a drawing. About 100 square metres is in the same family of size. The cost follows the covered area and the finish, not the romance of the front.
Where these plots sit
120 yard plots show up in Maymar conversations and in Ahsanabad and other north Karachi schemes, where the comparison with a 240 yard house causes disappointment. The smaller plot is not a cheaper large house. It is a different house.
Stairs, cars, and a kitchen with light are the pieces that get squeezed. We draw those first.
Can it be a three-room house?
Often yes, if the three rooms are honest sizes and the bathrooms are not an afterthought. We will tell you if the third room is only a name.
