The name on the gate
Maymarian is the construction company. The logo says the name of trust, which on a site means the handover matches the drawing and someone answers 0321-2000130 or 0321-2000690. The trade mark (class 37) dates from 2017 and the private limited company from January 2021.
If you are trying to reach the society office, this is the wrong door, and we will tell you that. If you have a plot and you want it built, this is the right one.
