If the house is already standing and you want a floor added, that is a look at the existing structure, not a paint job. House construction either includes the upper floor now or it says the slab cannot take it.
Gulzar-e-Hijri mixes plot sizes and house ages on the same street. A new house has to live next to an older one without stealing its light or dumping water into its yard. We draw the drainage before the front wall.
